⚙️ Launcher Initialization Guide

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD

Download the Dominion Launcher .zip file from the top button.

STEP 2: RELOCATE

Do not run the game from your Downloads folder! Cut and paste the .zip file to your C:/ or D:/ drive, or another safe location on your computer.

STEP 3: EXTRACTION

Right-click the .zip file and select "Extract All...". This creates the game folder.

STEP 4: PERMISSIONS

Right-click your newly extracted folder and go to Properties > Security. Ensure you Allow All permissions, then click Apply and OK.

STEP 5: BOOT SEQUENCE

Open the folder and double-click launcher2.exe. The system will initialize the AI Fiesta Interface.

STEP 6: DOWNLOAD DATA

Click the Initiate Server button. The launcher will automatically connect to the Dominion Cloud and download the latest world data.

STEP 7: USE IT

The server runs silently in the background. Use the custom console to monitor the game, and press Halt & Sync when you are finished to save your progress!

The Dominion Central Bank is currently undergoing encryption. Soon, citizens will be able to manage assets, trade currencies, and fund national projects directly from this terminal.

🏛️ The Supreme Charter

Article I: Fundamental Rights & Duties

  • Equality of Citizenship: All members, regardless of rank or role, are entitled to equal protection under the server rules.
  • Freedom of Speech: Citizens may debate and critique the government, provided it does not devolve into harassment or hate speech.
  • Right to Assembly: Users may create political parties or interest groups without prior authorization.
  • Duty of Participation: High-ranking officials are required to remain active; prolonged unexplained absence constitutes a "vacant seat."
  • Protection Against Double Jeopardy: A user cannot be punished twice for the same specific instance of a rule violation.

Article II: The Executive Branch (Leadership)

  • The Presidency: The Head of State represents the server and holds final executive veto power over legislation.
  • Term Limits: No President shall serve more than two consecutive terms.
  • Line of Succession: If the President leaves, power falls to the Vice President, then the Speaker of the Assembly.
  • Executive Orders: The President may issue temporary mandates that last until the end of their term unless codified by the legislature.
  • Cabinet Appointments: The President has the right to appoint Ministers (e.g., Minister of Discord, Minister of Finance).
  • Pardon Power: The President may grant clemency for minor infractions, but not for "High Crimes" (Treason/Nuking).
  • State of Emergency: The Executive can temporarily freeze elections during server-wide crises for up to 72 hours.

Article III: The Legislative Branch (The Assembly)

  • Legislative Intent: Laws must be proposed in the designated "Floor" channel and debated for at least 24 hours.
  • The Quorum: No vote is valid unless at least 30% of the active voting population participates.
  • Simple Majority: Standard laws require 50% + 1 vote to pass.
  • Supermajority: Amendments to this Constitution require a 75% "Yes" vote.
  • The Power of the Purse: Any server-currency or economy-based changes must originate in the Assembly.
  • Vote of No Confidence: The Assembly may remove a Minister with a 2/3 majority vote.
  • Public Records: All legislative sessions and voting tallies must be archived for public viewing.
  • Lobbying: Non-government members may petition the Assembly but cannot vote on the floor.

Article IV: The Judicial Branch (Moderation)

  • Judicial Independence: Moderators (Judges) must remain neutral during election cycles and cannot run for office.
  • The Right to Trial: Any user facing a ban longer than 7 days has the right to an appeal hearing.
  • Presumption of Innocence: A user is considered "Rule-Abiding" until evidence proves a violation.
  • Warrant Requirement: Staff may not "lurk" in private party channels without a valid report of TOS violations.
  • Sentencing Guidelines: Punishments must be proportional to the offense.
  • Supreme Court: A panel of "Founding Members" or Senior Mods serves as the final court of appeals.

Article V: Elections & Political Parties

  • Universal Suffrage: Every member with a "Citizen" role has the right to one vote.
  • Voter Registration: To prevent "alt-account" voting, accounts must be at least 30 days old to vote.
  • Election Cycles: Elections shall be held every [X] weeks/months on a fixed schedule.
  • Campaign Silence: No campaigning or "pinging" for votes is allowed within 6 hours of the polls opening.
  • Party Registration: Parties must have at least 3 members to be officially recognized on the ballot.
  • Anti-Coalition Rule: Two parties cannot merge within 48 hours of an election.
  • Bribery: Offering server currency or roles in exchange for votes is strictly prohibited.
  • Election Oversight: An "Electoral Commission" of non-candidates must certify the results.
  • The Transition Period: There shall be a 24-hour "Lame Duck" period between the election and the inauguration.

Article VI: High Crimes & Misdemeanors

  • Treason: Attempting to sabotage the server, leak private staff info, or invite "raiders" is Treason.
  • Insurrection: Organizing a mass "leave" or "boycott" to crash the server economy/activity.
  • Election Fraud: Using bots or alt-accounts to influence a vote result.
  • Abuse of Power: Using "Admin/Mod" permissions to influence a political debate.
  • Corruption: Using government roles to unfairly benefit a specific political party.

Article VII: General Conduct & Decorum

  • Civility Clause: Political debates must remain focused on "policy" (server rules) rather than personal attacks.
  • Spamming: Excessive messaging to drown out opposing political views is a punishable offense.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be a government official or a candidate is prohibited.
  • Misinformation: Intentionally spreading false screenshots of other candidates is a crime against the State.
  • Channel Discipline: Users must use the designated channels (e.g., #debate, #voting, #news) for their intended purpose.

Article VIII: Amendments & Sovereignty

  • The Founder's Clause: The Server Owner holds the ultimate power to "Dissolve the Government" if the server's existence is at risk.
  • Ratification: This Constitution is effective immediately upon a majority "Yes" vote from the initial community.
  • Amendment Process: Proposed amendments must be posted for a 48-hour "Comment Period" before voting.
  • Treaties: The President may form alliances with other Discord servers, subject to Assembly approval.
  • The Sunset Clause: Any law not renewed after three election cycles is automatically repealed.

⛏️ Article IX: Property & Land Rights

  • Right to Property: Every citizen has the right to claim a plot of land as protected by the Ministry of Construction.
  • Anti-Griefing Mandate: Intentionally destroying a citizen’s build or stealing resources from their chests is a federal offense.
  • Eminent Domain: The Government may reclaim land for public projects (e.g., a spawn hub or highway) but must pay the owner in server currency or equal land.
  • Resource Preservation: Stripping a landscape of all wood/dirt without replanting or smoothing the terrain is punishable by community service (manual labor).
  • Abandoned Property: If a player is inactive for more than 30 days, their land may be auctioned off by the State.

⚔️ Article X: Rules of Engagement (PvP)

  • No Spawn Killing: Attacking players within 50 blocks of the world spawn point or their bed-spawn is strictly prohibited.
  • The Consent Rule: PvP is only permitted in designated "War Zones" or if both parties agree to a duel, unless a formal State of War is declared.
  • Combat Logging: Disconnecting from the server while in combat to avoid losing items is considered "Cowardice in Battle" and results in an automatic inventory wipe.
  • Trap Limitations: Any trap designed to "soft-lock" a player (preventing them from moving or respawning) is illegal.
  • War Declarations: A "State of War" between two political factions must be approved by the President and can only last 48 hours before a peace treaty is required.

🧱 Article XI: Zoning & Infrastructure

  • Capital District: Only government-approved buildings may be constructed within the 100-block radius of the Server Capitol.
  • The High Road Act: Main roads must be kept clear of obstacles; building over a public road requires a "Bridge Permit."
  • Underground Rights: Citizens own the minerals directly beneath their plots down to Bedrock, but "Strip Mining" under another person's house is forbidden.
  • Lag Prevention: Players may not build "Lag Machines" or overly complex redstone clocks that lower the server's TPS (Ticks Per Second).
  • Farm Limits: To maintain server stability, individual entities (mobs/animals) are limited to 50 per chunk.

⚖️ Article XII: Criminal Justice (In-Game)

  • Contraband: The Assembly may vote to ban certain items (e.g., End Crystals or Withers) if they are being used for domestic terrorism.
  • Exile: Instead of a ban, the Court may "Exile" a player, forcing them to live at least 5,000 blocks away from the Capital for a set period.
  • Debtor’s Prison: Players who cannot pay their court-ordered fines may be required to mine resources for the State Treasury until the debt is cleared.
  • Illegal Entrapment: Luring new players into "death pits" or "lava traps" under the guise of helping them is a High Crime.
  • The Bounty System: The Ministry of Justice may place a "Wanted" bounty on criminals who flee into the wilderness to avoid trial.

🛡️ Article XIII: Sovereignty & Technical Integrity

  • Hacking & Exploits: Using X-ray, Fly hacks, or Autoclickers is an automatic permanent ban—no trial required.
  • Map Integrity: Purposely flooding the map with lava or water ("Lava Casting") is considered an "Act of Terror."
  • The Library of Records: A copy of every law passed must be written in a "Book and Quill" and stored in the Physical In-game Archive.
  • Diplomatic Immunity: Foreign dignitaries from allied servers cannot be attacked while on a "State Visit" to the Capital.
  • The Final Reset: Only the Founder (Owner) can authorize a "World Reset," and it must be announced at least 14 days in advance.

🌐 Article XIV: Separation of Reality

  • No Real-World Politics: Members are strictly prohibited from mentioning, comparing, or bringing real-life political parties, government entities, or national conflicts into server discussions.
  • Corporate & Union Neutrality: Mentions or comparisons involving real-world companies, labor unions, or corporate structures are not allowed to maintain immersion.
  • Complete Fictional Immersion: All geopolitics, alliances, economies, and conflicts must remain strictly within the context of The Dominion's lore and server history.
